The Anti-Mouse IgG-coupled Magnetic Beads are 2.8 µm superparamagnetic particles covalently coupled to a highly affinity polyclonal goat anti-mouse IgG antibody. The beads can be used to capture the mouse IgG in Chemiluminescence procedures.The antibody reacts with the Fc or Fab portion of mouse IgG. No antibody was detected against mouse IgM or IgA, or against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins.
